What HR departments ask most often
How long is the minimum stay?
Two months. The contract then extends by a further rental month at a time, unless notice is given 30 days before the start of the next rental month. A rental month may begin on any day, not only on the first of the month. We do not usually require a deposit.
What does the apartment cost and what is included?
At the introductory price of €2,000 per month plus 7% VAT (short-term accommodation) for the first three months, provided the move-in takes place by 31 December 2026. Thereafter, and for later move-in, €2,200 per month plus 7% VAT. Included are Wi-Fi, one outdoor parking space and electricity within the scope of customary household use. An underground parking space is optionally available for €100 per month.

How many people can stay there?
Up to four. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second room has a single bed that can optionally be extended. There is also a large sofa with a sleeping function in the living area.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted in this building. This is a requirement of the building and not our decision — we are animal lovers ourselves. We state this right at the beginning so that no one bases their plans on it.
